Who is this mask made for?

Anyone with skin that needs a little extra love. It’s made for problem skin — redness, congestion, acne, pigmentation, scarring — but gentle enough for all skin types.

Is it suitable for sensitive skin?

Yes!!!!

How often should I use my mask?

Two to three times a week is ideal. It is gentle enough to use every two days. You’ll see results quickly, but consistency is where the real glow kicks in.

How long do I leave my mask on?

Just ten minutes — enough time to reset, breathe, or check Instagram. When your mask starts to dry, rinse with warm water and pat dry.

Do I need to use a brush?

We do recommend our Who’s Jerry Glow Wand for a smooth, even application and zero mess. But clean hands work too — it's all up to you!!

Can I use it if I have acne or breakouts?

You sure can!! This mask was made for skin that’s acting up. It helps calm inflammation, absorb excess oil, and support clearer skin over time.

Will it stain my skin or towels?

Nope. Despite the golden colour, it rinses off clean.

Is it cruelty-free and vegan?

Always. Every Who’s Jerry product is 100% cruelty-free, vegan, and made with love — never tested on animals. Only tested on US.
